I am a registered massage therapist with a diploma from the 2200-hour Integrated W/E integrated Orthopedic Massage program at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I also hold a Reiki Master certification and have taken The Shamanic Journey: Pathway to knowledge and power, allowing me to provide a holistic approach to healing and wellness. Through my specialized training and expertise,I am able to assess and determine a treatment plan to suit your specific needs. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve pain relief, improved circulation, and overall relaxation.
In my spare time I enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, mountain biking, roller-skating and enjoying nature with my family.
